Power Muse Returns Policy
We hope you love your Power Muse pieces, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
30-day returns
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it in:
- unworn and unused (trying it on at home is fine, but no runs or workouts please)
- with all original tags attached
- in the original packaging
You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and clear instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
We want every Power Muse delivery to feel exciting, not stressful.
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us straight away if:
- your item is damaged or faulty, or
- you’ve received the wrong item
We’ll review the issue and work with you to make it right.
Exceptions
At the moment, we only accept returns on eligible Power Muse apparel.
We’re unable to accept returns on:
- gift cards
- final sale items (this will always be clearly marked at checkout)
If you’re unsure whether your item is returnable, just drop us an email before sending it back.
Exchanges
If you’d like a different size, the quickest way is to:
- Request a return for your original item
- Place a new order for the piece you want
Once your return is accepted and processed, we’ll refund you for the original item.
European Union – 14-day cooling off period
If your order is being shipped to a country within the European Union, you also have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason.
As above, the item must be in the same condition you received it in: unworn/unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to show the refund in your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at team@powermuse.co.uk.
